I have a 6.0 with flat pistons, LS3 heads, and a Summit stage 2 turbo cam-when I built it, I shimmed up 2 lifters to make solids, and clayed the pistons. I dont remember the amt of clearance, but it was good-I did have valve reliefs in the pistons, but dont think that was a problem.
