I had XMP enabled before i cleared the CMOS and updated the bios and the system booted into windows without any problems then i re-enabled XMP and again not booting anymore

SpletOnce you have the latest bios version installed when you enable xmp profile it will recognize and boot normally. To reset the bios you can either locate jumpers or remove what looks like a watch battery from your board for a minute or two then put the battery back in.
