This program provides: - Food - Paper goods The pantry is open 3 days a week, and HHOVV also offers delivery of pantry goods. Pantry goods can be delivered to all areas of the Las Vegas Valley. Established in 1998 and in 2000, James Seastrand Helping Hands of North Las Vegas (JSHHNLV) and Helping Hands of Vegas Valley (HHOVV) missions have been to increase independence to Southern Nevada's elderly citizens, age 60 and over.
