Haarp over the horizon radar
WebHAARP is the test run for a super-powerful radio-wave beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a bean and heating those areas. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto Earth and penetrate everything - living and dead. WebThe OTH radar can detect objects as far as 1000 to 3000 Km. As it detects the objects beyond the radar horizon range with the help of ionosphere, it is known as Over-the-horizon or OTH radar. The Over The Horizon Radar operates in HF frequency range from 5 to 30 MHz. It is used as early warning radar applications.

WebThe solution is to use over-the-horizon ( OTH) radar instead. This is trickier to do as, while shortwave frequencies will bounce off the ionosphere (and so roughly follow the curve of the Earth instead of a straight line), each bounce depends on the reflectivity of the ionosphere or, on the next reflection, of the ground - and that’s never perfect.
