WebFeb 8, 2024 · It is doing some strange things which can lock up the computer. I have turned off the computer and the printer/scanner together or separately several times. I have uninstalled the scanner software and re-instated. Now I have uninstalled both the Epson printer and the scanner software and reinstated these but to no effect.
