Update for external change, within the expression editor, looks to be able to import the spreadsheet data, but the regular import/export uses a .exp (text) file. Creating fewer external expressions minimizes the clutter in the Expressions dialog box and minimizes the chance of changing a sketch expression by mistake. Sketch does not create external geometric relationships by default.

Then select a feature, such as an extrude, and you will see all the feature expressions in the details area. Otherwise, you have to use the expressions editor (ctl+E).
