Bowflex sucks
WebSad face. Been REALLY looking to get a bowflex. Never had one, but I've tried the demos long time ago at the sporting goods store and remember liking the machine. Don't want to get an entire free-weight set (especially because a baby and two little ones running around) but if the customer service sucks, maybe I look elsewhere.
