WebDec 21, 2012 · Instructions say red is neutral, grey is L1, blue is heater, Black is heater, Yellow is Push to start. I have no Black wire and I doubt if red is neutral and the only blue wire is the jumper wire. On the old motor the blue jumper wire was connected to the the white wire and the protector tab. WebIt's a standard practice that in a two wire system, blue one should be connected to a positive terminal and black one should be connected to negative a terminal. So, before doing any fancy thing with the circuit, I would advise you to trace back the connection of wires with power source. Hope its helps.
